“Having a warm home that looks good and works well,
And that you and your family and friends enjoy
Must be one of the most worthwhile things in life—
The foundation of a good life….”

Terrence Conran

About You

You are my focus. Your environment should be functional, comfortable and beautiful and should reflect you. I am sensitive to your busy schedule and your budget. I want to guide you through the process of using your space to its best advantage so that your home can be the ultimate expression of yourself and add joy to your life. It’s that simple. Let’s get in touch.

About Me

My primary areas of expertise include residential, senior transitions and downsizing, and model homes. I work in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, and wherever my clients send me.

With over 25 years of interior design experience in California and Maryland, I have become adept at listening to my clients and finding quick solutions for their design challenges. I strive for comfort, beauty, and freshness in my designs. I often employ whimsy and fun colors, though I also love the peacefulness I achieve when I work with neutrals and creamy whites. I am comfortable with cost constraints and budgets, and work with all phases of interior design, decoration, downsizing and merchandising.

I earned my bachelors of fine arts degree in interior design after graduating with high honors from California State University. After that I became a  professional  member of  the American Society of Interior Designers, having completed the prerequisite education, work experience, and rigorous testing of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
