I began practicing interior design in 1985 after graduating with high honors from California State University in Long Beach. I was granted professional membership status in the American Society of Interior Designers in 1990, having completed the prerequisite education, work experience, and rigorous testing of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.

Work experience includes over 20 years of interior design services in Orange County, California and the Washington Metro area. My expertise includes custom residential, model home, and senior downsizing and design.

Previous experience as a registered nurse has helped prepare me for listening to people and being sensitive to their needs.  I understand cost constraints and work with all phases of design, decoration, downsizing and merchandising.
